Here’s a sneak peek at Module 1 of our Repectful Workplace Culture eLearning course.

The Respectful Workplace Culture eLearning course is designed to engage participants and raise their awareness and understanding about respectful and disrespectful workplace behaviours and communication.

The course focuses on promoting a workplace culture of inclusivity, where all employees feel safe, valued, respected and heard.

About the Course

4 x 15-20 minute bite-sized modules (to be done consecutively as a set).

This 100% on-line, mobile friendly course uses graphics and interactive scenarios to provide a self-paced, impactful learning experience.

Employees will be able to complete these modules in their own time schedule, which may work perfectly for your workplace structure. 

This training is suitable for all existing staff, refresher training, on-boarding new employees.

Industry specific modules (with examples and images relevant to your industry) are also in development

Training for: Aged Care Workers, Health Workers, Building, Construction and Trades Workers, Workers in the Education Sector,

Content and learning outcomes

Rather than just factual compliance training, these modules include relatable and relevant scenarios and stories and can be used as is or can be tailored to include your policies and organisation/industry scenarios.

Module 1: Our Workplace, Our Culture

In this module course participants will build a clear understanding of workplace culture and how it shows up in everyday interactions.

Participants will reflect on how they and their colleagues want to feel at work, explore what respect looks like in practice, and develop confidence in using respectful communication each day.

Module 2: Boundaries, Barriers and Obstacles to Respectful Workplaces

In module 2 participants will explore the boundaries, barriers, and obstacles that can undermine respect in the workplace.

Participants will look at how these challenges show up in everyday behaviours, reflect on their impact on individuals and teams, and learn practical strategies to address them.

Participants will also consider their own role in shaping a safer, more respectful workplace and commit to actions you can apply in practice.

Module 3: Unlawful Behaviours at Work

In module 3 participants will learn why workplace policies and procedures matter and how they support fair and safe workplaces.

Participants will explore psychological safety and psychosocial hazards, how they affect individuals and teams, and how to recognise unlawful behaviours such as discrimination, sexual and gender-based harassment, and bullying.

Module 4: From Awareness to Action

Module 4 will conclude the course, and participants will build confidence to take action when workplace behaviour doesn’t feel right. They will explore ways to speak up, manage conflict, have difficult conversations, and care for themselves in challenging situations.

Participants will also learn when and how to escalate concerns, the role of an active bystander, and practical actions you can take to help create a safer, more respectful workplace.

The course can be tailored to the look and feel of your organisation, we can include your logo, your policies and values, your industry photos, and scenarios to capture your industry and your unique challenges, so that the course is even more relatable to your teams.
